I was born and raised in the high desert of Southern California, but escaped shortly after high school. I've been on the radio in Tucson forever … the morning guy at the first station I worked at was Father Kino.
I got into radio to meet girls and make a lot of money and, after all these years, I’m not sure I would now know what to do with either. But I grew up with the music I play on the air so life could be much worse. Remember elevator music??

A: I would like to live in the 1960s. I was just a few years short of getting in on all that "free love" that was going around back then. Although, on the other hand, I also missed the draft … whew
